The Role
Join our international team of exceptional individuals as a Marine Boatbuilder, reporting directly to the Lead Naval Architect. In this vital role, you will take full ownership of all aspects of boatbuilding, driving the construction, maintenance, and repair of our marine vessels. At HYARKS, we are developing innovative solutions to revolutionize the offshore wind industry, and we want you to be a pivotal part of this journey.

Key Skills
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic Marine Boatbuilder who is committed to giving their best every day and eager to learn new skills. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, requiring minimal guidance, self-motivated, diligent, and a strong team player.
While we value soft skills highly, the following technical skills would be advantageous:
Proficiency in boatbuilding techniques and materials, including fiberglass, aluminum, and steel.
Experience with reading and interpreting boat plans and blueprints.
Knowledge of marine construction standards and safety regulations.
Skilled in using hand and power tools for boatbuilding.
Experience with installing and aligning engines, propulsion systems, and other mechanical components.
Familiarity with marine coatings and finishes.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair structural and mechanical issues.
Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes.
Ideally, candidates will have at least a technical diploma or certification in Marine Technology or a related field with 3-4 years of professional experience.
