Join our international team of exceptional individuals as an Electrical Engineer, directly reporting to the CTO. In this dynamic role, you will take full ownership of all electrical engineering aspects within the company, leading design, construction, and R&D activities. At HYARKS, we're developing ground breaking solutions set to revolutionize the offshore wind industry, and we want you to be a pivotal part of this journey.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse: solving electrical design and construction issues, planning electrical system installations, and continuously learning new skills to propel HYARKS forward. No two days will be the same, ensuring an exciting and challenging work environment.

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic Electrical Engineer who is committed to giving their best every day and eager to learn new skills. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, requiring minimal guidance, self-motivated, diligent, and a strong team player.
While we value soft skills highly, the following technical skills would be advantageous:
Proficiency in electrical CAD software, such as Solid Edge Electrical or EPLAN.
Proficiency in system performance simulation software, such as MatLab.
Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems.
Knowledge of power electronics and motor control systems.
Knowledge of the key standards for high voltage electrical design and installation on ships.
Willingness to get hands-on and manage on-site electrical installations.
Proficiency with project planning and management tools.
Ideally, candidates will have at least a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3-4 years of professional experience. However, if you lack this experience but believe you have the qualities we're looking for, we encourage you to apply and prove your suitability for the role!
