TF-100 Finds and Follows a Raft
On 7 October 2026, TF-100's onboard camera searched the harbour for our support raft, locked on to it and followed it, and found it again when it lost sight of it.

On 7 October 2026, we tested target tracking on TF-100 in Kaohsiung. The target was our support raft: a small grey inflatable with an outboard and one to three crew aboard, running freely around the harbour.
Search, lock, follow
With tracking switched on, TF-100's pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera swept the water around the vessel. It found the raft at about 20 metres, locked on and turned to follow it. When the raft dropped out of view, the camera went back to searching and picked it up again.
In the two and a half minutes the tracker was on, it locked on to the raft three times.

Later that day
In the afternoon, during a demonstration for a client, the tracker searched the harbour again and locked on to the raft.
This was a test. The footage from that day is now part of the data we use to improve detection and tracking.
